East Front Street
Front Street is the heart of Traverse City where you get all the cute coffee shops, local boutiques, and lots of cherry products! The area is completely walkable with so much to see and all 19th century Victorian storefronts We loved starting our trip here and taking things slow while getting to see all of the fun colorful shops.

Outpost Traverse City
Outpost is just such an adorable coffee shop! You can see the fresh baked bread and pastries. It’s a cozy space when you want a calm place to relax on your trip or if you just need something quick. They have sandwiches perfect for to go and some fun pastry options!

Even if you’re not a fudge person it’s hard not to walk by this shop and not walk in! They have all these pieces of fudge lined up for you that catch your attention. And it’s so cool because you can see them making the fudge right in front of you. We saw at least 4 different steps of the process and it smelled so intoxicating! Cherry Republic | Traverse City
Since Traverse City is the Cherry Capital a visit to Cherry Republic is a must! It has the most extensive amount of Cherry themed items from jams and syrups to things you might not have thought should go together like Cherry queso or Cherry horseradish. It was so fun finding all the unique items! If you’re looking for souvenirs this is the best place They have several things like 🍷cherry wine tastings + flights 🥤cherry soda tastings 🍒cherry samples ☕️cherry coffee 🍨 cherry ice cream 🥧 cherry pie And more! P.S. While all of the cherry products are the same, the cherry republic in Glen Arbor (about an hour away) is even better! It’s all spread out in a garden like area with a separate cherry wine tasting room, cherry wine brewery, cherry ice cream shop, etc. 🍒🍔 And they also have a restaurant onsite incorporating their different cherry products!

Peace, Love and Little Donuts of Traverse City
We couldn’t help but stop in once we saw this cute little shop! My problem with big donuts is that after just one or two you’re full, but there are so many good flavors! I love that we got to try more here and they had over 50 flavors plus a mini donut for your dog!

Another amazing coffee shop on Front Street! While not as much of a vibe- we came here for the cherry cold brew with cherry blossom cold foam. I was worried it was going to taste like cough syrup, but was pleasantly surprised!
