When it comes to stays for Coachella, you can't have your cake and eat it too. You either want the ease of travel from the festival, that Palm Springs luxury vibe, or you're there to party 24/7. So here's how to choose the right hotel for you.

If partying before or after the party at Coachella is your cup of tea, then look no further. I will say that The Ace has some of the best hangover breakfast and lunch menus you can find. My favorite? Their BLT or their pancakes.
Evening parties galore. This resort never sleeps.
Book a house with friends. This is as close as you can get to the polo fields without camping.
It's less than a 10-minute walk to the polo fields, making it a no-brainer for those looking to minimize the trek after a day/night of partying.
It's located right next to a nice shopping center and the drive to and from the Polo Fields is a lot less hectic than coming from Palm Springs!
Set against the Santa Rosa Mountains with its Spanish-style casitas, this resort is a stealthy local favorite for celebrities.
It's not the closest spot to the venue but there's a shuttle that goes back and forth from the resort to the fields all day.
I can't justify splurging on this luxurious resort, but if money is no object, then go for it! Or, just get a day pass for the pool and post up here. That Jonathon Adler deco is gorgeous I must add.
This is probably the nicest stay in the whole valley. Again, I can't afford it but it's a great place to Uber to or wander into. Omni is nice too but def has a more family-kid vibe going on.
For those who request a west-facing bungalow, you can take an outdoor shower while watching the sun go down over San Jacinto Mountain. It's quiet, it's cool, it's elegant.
