Welcome to Point Pelee National Park! Canada's southernmost tip of mainland Canada. It is also Canada's most ecologically diverse National Park. While living in Ontario this was somewhere I got the opportunity to visit as a day trip.
Northwest Beach
Northwest beach was the first beach we stopped at and walked down to reach the point.

This is where we spent the most time. Climb the tower to get a view of the park and Lake Erie.
See MoreEast Point Beach
East Point Beach was a fun little beach to sit and relax at. We walked the beach to get back to our car.
See MoreMarsh Boardwalk
We hopped over to the marsh boardwalk just to stretch our legs a little bit more before getting back into the car. This beautiful board walk is the perfect place to see all the birds that call the marsh home.
See MoreDeLaurier Homestead & Trail
We didn't have much time to stop at the homestead but it was beautiful from the road as we slowly passed it. Do take some time and explore the grounds.
See MoreShip Ahoy Restaurant
We stoped here on the way out of the park for a bite to eat before heading back home. We shared a plate of poutine and a couple of drinks.
