Coming off a long flight, I met Lindy and Erica at the airport. Shout-out to the immigration officer who let me skip the long lines so I could join the girls! After retrieving our bags, we hopped into a pre-arranged taxi ($23 per person) and made a pit stop at Sweet T’s for wings and fries that hit the spot.

Even though we were late, we charmed our way into a fully booked Coco Bistro reservation. The conch two ways and the lobster spring rolls? Chef’s kiss and the warm hospitality made the experience even more special.

Day 2: Food, Fun, and Festival Vibes

Omar's Beach Hut
After a much-needed sleep-in, Erica and I woke up to find Lindy and Paula had already started their morning, went for breakfast, and did a little grocery shopping. For lunch, we headed to Omar’s Beachfront Restaurant, where the vibe was unmatched. Dining with your feet in the water, live music playing in the background, and a menu filled with curried lobster, fried snapper, oxtail, and more. Paula and I even took a dip in the ocean before sipping cocktails and dancing the afternoon away.

Marine Room
Later that night, we headed out for dinner at Marine Room, an upscale Italian restaurant. The crab pasta and spiny lobster were divine, and the decor was stunning.

Grace Bay Beach
We turned up at the Sand Jam Festival, featuring Maxi Priest. The mix of soca and reggae had us dancing nonstop, and when the clock struck midnight, we celebrated Lindy’s birthday with shots and plenty of laughter.

Day 3: Lindy’s Birthday in Style

Noah's Ark Beach Club TCI
Total relaxation mode! In the afternoon, we hopped on a boat and headed to Noah’s Arc, a floating day party that was the highlight of the trip. The DJ gave Lindy nonstop shoutouts, and we danced, popped bottles, and soaked in the incredible vibes.

Infiniti Restaurant & Raw Bar
After a quick nap back at the Airbnb, we dressed in yellow (as requested by the birthday girl) and headed to Infiniti at Grace Bay Club for our final dinner. The beachfront setting, the incredible service, and dishes like wagyu and black cod were so delicious. The birthday girl's cake was literally the icing on top of an amazing dinner, and the staff surprised Lindy with a personalized serenade, ending the day on a sweet note.
