Christoffel National Park
While this isn't free, this national park has a low enterance fee of $15 per person. As with all the activites on the north side of the island you'll either need to rent or call a car to get there. That being said, the four activites in this location are amazing on the cost to experience scale.

This lagoon is also on the north side of the island, and it offers amazing free activities such as swimming, cliff-diving, and beach lounging. If you have your own snorkel gear, you can add snorkeling to that list, but if not, you can find cheap rentals around the island.
