Skyline Queenstown
Enjoy the views from above Queenstown in the Skyline Gondola. The gondolas give you windows all around so you can see 360 degrees of views. The gondola will drop you Bob’s Peak. Look over at Cornet Peak, the Remarkables, Cecil Peak and more.

Skyline Luge
After you catch the gondola up and enjoy the views for a bit have some fun and take a spin riding little carts on the Skyline Luge! You can go as fast or as slow as you would like and do it during the day, but I would say go at night when you can see the city below you all lit up. Children are more than welcome to give this a go as well, if they are over the age of 2 and are 2 feet, 7 inches tall.

Fregburger is an extremely popular place with locals and tourists alike. Be ready for a line, but don’t panic as the line usually moves quickly and you will get your burger and fries hot.

You can enjoy Yonder all day as they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you come from breakfast enjoy their French toast or pancakes. In for lunch or dinner? Try a pork dish. The staff are very friendly, and the restaurant workers as a whole take dietary restrictions or allergies with kindness and caring attention.

Coronet Peak Road
Coronet Peak offers some stunning views all year round. If you happen to visit in the winter the ski lodge is there for those who want to catch some fresh powder. No worries if you are there in the summer as there are hiking trails for you to take to make it to the top to enjoy the views from.

Edith Cavell Bridge (One lane bridge)
Edith Cavell Bridge stands 157ft above the Shotover River. The bridge was built in 1919 and earned its historical status in 1987. Enjoy this historic and the beauty of the nature that surrounds it.

Milford Sound Scenic Flight with Landing from Queenstown
This flight tour leaves from Queenstown so there is no need to travel far from the city to catch a breath-taking flight to see Milford Sound. This 4.5-hour flight will take you over to Milford Sound with up to 2 hours to explore. Make sure you pack a portable phone charger and a full camera battery as you will be busy taking many videos and photos.

Lake Hayes
Lake Hayes is just outside of Queenstown but not a place to miss. This smaller lake offers some beautiful views and a walking path for you to enjoy the lake from all sides.

Queenstown Hill
In the middle of town is Queenstown Hill, enjoy a morning or afternoon hike to one of the best views in town. At the top enjoy the views of the Remarkables, Lake Whakatipu, and Kawarau River. At the top there is also a sculpture. This trial is open year-round and takes a couple of hours to complete.

With almost 2 miles of walking trails covering the gardens you won’t miss a thing. Between the trees and the rose garden, the air is as fresh as can be. When you are done touring the gardens you can continue along the trail as it follows the lake's edge to the Frankton Marina.
