If you’re always searching for good coffee while exploring a new city, this guide is for you! I curated this list of coffee shops based off of places my Parisian friends have taken me during my visits, so you can avoid the more touristy spots and caffeinate like a local! (secret clue: laugh)
Dreamin' Man
This cute coffee shop is adored by locals. They have both indoor and outdoor seating (though not much of it!) Their coffee is delicious and the latte art here is stunning.
See MoreFAUNA
Fauna is new to Paris. It’s very Scandinavian with simple small plates and yummy cardamom buns. I love the cozy vibe here.
See MoreI.O Café za Beograd 15.3.
I.O Café is super popular amongst Parisians. I recommend getting there right when they open if you plan to order coffee to stay as they get very, very busy.
See MoreTwo Doors Coffee-Shop
Two Doors is located in Montmartre, which is a beautiful neighborhood to walk around in (with lots of stairs!) Grab your coffee to-go and take a stroll up to the nearby Sacré-Coeur.
See MoreCandle Kids Coffee
Candle Kids has it all: aesthetics, cozy vibes, pleasant staff, great coffee and yummy pastries. A wonderful spot to hangout with a book, journal, or catch up with friends.
See MoreSaint Pearl
Saint Pearl is a great spot to catch up over coffee with a friend. It’s rather small, so the seating situation isn’t ideal, but during warmer weather you can sit outside and people watch (a Parisian’s favorite pasttime).
See MoreMaison Fleuret Paris
Maison Fleuret is a bookshop turned café. Its walls are lined with books and a beautiful spiral staircase, which leads to a cute seating area, is the centerpiece of the café.
See MoreBoot Café
Boot Café is well known for its iconic blue “Cordonnerie” facade. Located in Le Marais, an incredibly charming neighborhood, the space is tiny yet cozy and their coffee is excellent.
See MoreRECTO VERSO
Recto Verso is a fantastic spot to grab coffee with a partner or friend. The large windows and stone facade make it ideal for photos and the coffee and pastries are lovely.
See MoreClove
Clove Coffee is a wonderful respite from the busy streets of Montmartre. All of their mugs are handmade by one of the owners, which is a fun detail! It has quickly become a local favorite.
