Caption: Year of Sundays The Wonders of India
Caption: We've been in India for 2 weeks now and we've seen all manner of things: the good, the bad, the ugly, and definitely the beautiful. The kindness of strangers helping us order at a local restaurant, excessive amounts of public urination, fist fights on the road, some of the most gorgeous sunrises and sunsets you could imagine and a whole heap in between. India has everything!

Caption: Our first intro to India was the more relaxed south of the country and we're currently exploring the more northern areas. There's been a stark contrast between the south and north and part of us genuinely wanted to stop in the chilled out Goa, look at palm trees, swim in the ocean, and do yoga twice a day for a month... but we probably could have gone to Byron Bay for that. Now that we're in the north we're glad to have at experienced at least a little more of the contrast this huge country has to offer... plus, the Taj Mahal is freaking incredible.

Jaipur
Caption: We’re writing this from the lovely capital city of Rajasthan, Jaipur. This is the first time that we finally feel like we might be getting a handle on India, how it works and how we fit into everything. We're finding ourselves laughing a little more and crying a little less.
Jaipur
Caption: Just last night we were taking a tuk tuk to the edge of the city to go for a walk. We knew where we were going, our tuk tuk driver however had no clue and didn't seem to trust us with directions. Our ride ended with him pulling over while 5 or so people and a bunch of kids came over to direct him for about 5 minutes. We stood there having no idea what was going on, what they were saying, or whether we'd make our destination. After lots of hand signals, some very broken English, and a bunch of laughs, we found the spot.
