Caption: Year of Sundays Life in a bag
Caption: After months of preparation we have finally made it to our first destination: India. We've been here for about a week and this is the first real chance we've had to sit down and write something. I kind of thought it would be easy to find time to blog about this and that as we go but between actually holidaying, navigating India, planning ahead, and editing photos so they don't get on top of me, there's not much time!

Caption: We've made our way up from Kerala, through the beautiful Palolem Beach in the south of Goa and then up to to Delhi. We're leaving Delhi today to make our way to Agra for a look at the Taj Mahal.

Caption: The temperature here is a has been floating around 30 degrees celsius and it doesn't look like getting much cooler, but straight after India we're heading to the Himalayas in Nepal so we've really had to pack for all seasons. This makes for some heavy bags just in itself, but it's also hard to decide on just one pair of shoes for an entire year, so we've both ended up packing 3 pairs plus hiking boots.... I think we have too much stuff is what I'm trying to say!

Caption: For those that are interested in cameras and photography, my choice is the Fuji X-Pro2 with a few lenses. The 35mm f/2.0, 56mm f/1.2, the 23mm f/2.0 and the 10-24mm f/4.0
The 23mm isn't pictured here because I only picked it up right before I left. I don't think I need both the 35 and 23. I might see which I prefer and sell one once we get to Europe. At some point I'll write a more detailed post of all the kit.

Feel free to ask questions if you have them and we'll update again soon. Head to www.yearofsundays.com for galleries as we go or Instagram @yearofsundays
