Canmore, Alberta was the most beautiful mountain town I've visited. We climbed at Lake Louise in Banff, at Acéphale near Canmore, up at Echo Canyon, at Bataan, and at Lakit Lake in British Columbia. This isn't even half of the sport climbing crags near Canmore. I would love to go back and spend a few months there. Oh and apparently the Bugaboos are kind of worth the visit too.
