We ate at Maido and we still talk about how good this hotspot was! Maido serves a mix between Peruvian and Japanese cuisine and the dishes they serve here are called Nikkei. This is a specialty of the local cuisine and is actually a kind of Peruvian sushi. It was a true taste explosion with surprising flavors. We would give everything an A+! The service, the dishes and the food plating and presentation… An evening at Maido is truly an amazing experience!
