A good bunch of wild garlic leaves, washed and chopped
Half a small bunch of basil.
A small handful of flaked almonds
Two slices of old sourdough toasted and blitzed into breadcrumbs
Pinch of seasalt

Caption: Blitz with a hand blender or bash in a pestle and mortar with enough good olive oil to make a rough paste.
Serve mixed into spaghetti loosened with a little reserved cooking water.
