Caption: Head chef Peter Everett, a Waterford native, is a former winner of the Eurotoques Young Chef of the Year competition. The win was a springboard to a successful career in Dublin where he was a sous-chef at Restaurant Forty One and worked in Michelin starred Chapter One. Over the years Peter has developed his own style of cooking which reflects his respect for high quality, local produce and the enjoyment that a well cooked meal can bring.
