Caption: Washington Starting in Seattle, it's a great place to gather your bearings, see some cool stuff, and eat some great food. Pike Place Market - a must do for any visitor looking to dive into Seattle life.

Caption: The gum wall is a great place to start your day, followed by a stroll through the market (eating delish samples along the way), some coffee at Starbucks, a ride on the big wheel, and make your way up to the space needle for a glorious birds eye view of the city.
The title page photo is of Pacific Beach State Park, whether you're looking to camp or take a day trip from Seattle it's a great option only 2.5 hours away!

Caption: Oregon One of my favourite places in the world is Cannon Beach. Miles of sand & ocean air don't get much better. Even on an overcast day, you're still able to enjoy its beauty.

Caption: We found Hug Point while exploring some nooks and crannies as we drove along the coast. It's a great spot to get out & stretch your legs.
Manzanita is another town that I highly recommend. While there isn't a lot going on there, it's perfect for a quiet weekend on the coast. Camping or cottages, whatever you're looking for - it's there.

Caption: Cape Blanco is an excellent place to camp for a night or two. As you can see, miles of secluded beach & a nearby lighthouse complete the package.

Caption: Coming into California we wanted to see some of the main cities, and get our fill of nature as well.
Hosteling in San Fran & exploring Pier 39 is always an experience. Camping along the Big Sur is a must. Strolling Venice Beach & buying someone's rap album makes for a fun filled trip. And taking the scenic route through Pebble Beach will blow your mind.
