Caption: Rwanda is known as “Land of a Thousand Hills” due to its vast endless, strikingly sensational peaks. The mountains are most spectacular in the northwest at the majestic Virunga Volcanoes. Akagera National Park boasts one of the most underrated safari encounters on the continent, while Lake Kivu attracts waters-sports enthusiasts and flaunts sun-drenched beaches. Primates run wild in the Nyungwe protected forest and national park. While one cannot forget the horrific genocide of 1994, those days are long gone. Rwanda just might be the world’s greatest comeback story. With progressive President Paul Kagame paving way to a brighter future, I kindly ask all pilgrims and global explorers to Visit Rwanda.
