Caption: I have been longing for the mountains for months now, despite my love for New York, I craved nature. So we made a plan to explore the Austrian Alps.
Upon arrival we could barely see ahead. Thick fog descended over the landscape we so hoped to see.

Caption: As an hour passed and yet everything was veiled in a soft thick fog, we grew more and more restless. Having decided to leave we took a last glance back when something magical happened.
Soft wind swiped the clouds slowly to uncover the azure blue of the high altitude storage lakes and the mountains towering above them.

Caption: As we climbed higher the clearing clouds gave space for amazing views over Mooserboden and Wasserfallboden lakes. Shades of turquoise mixed with greens of the 2000 meter high mountains.
Incredible sight.
