Caption: Thirty four was a week of sunshine and mist. We were on holiday, but, given travel restrictions, we were staying close to home and making the most of our local walks: to Yellowcraig, arriving in sunshine just as the haar rolled in off the sea. To Ravensheugh, again with mist slowly breaking as we walked along the empty beach. We had a visit to the walled garden at Preston Hall, which was open to the public for a few weeks in August. We walked at Gullane Point, when the sea was completely calm below us as we wound along the clifftop path. And at John Muir, again finding calm and the most amazing light and skies over the bay.
