1. The Classical theater
2. The Elizabethan playhouse
3. The Proscenium arch stage
4. The Arena stage

Caption: Seeing the structure, Teater Arena is classified as a classical theater. The structure of classical theater was built on a hillside. It means that the stage or acting area (orchestra) was lower than the audience area (auditorium). The auditorium was on the right, left, and in front of the stage. The shape was more than semicircular, with seats surrounding at least two thirds of the circular or oval stage. And the backstage or skene was placed on the back side of the stage.

The actors and the properties can be seen in three different sides of the audience, so make sure that all the blocking movement and properties are arranged well.
Picture

Caption: The lighting is very important because it can make the atmosphere of the play. Since the place is dark, the lighting man takes the crucial "role".
