Caption: Serra da Estrela is most known by its snow in winter. The snow and its activities are the main attraction. But you can also ski in Summer, on the artificial ski slopes in Seia.
These photos were taken in the summer and in my opinion, snow isn't the only attraction. It is a wonderful place to explore all over the year.

In the summer it is not too hot, and in a nice and clear day, you might even be able to see the sea over 150km in the distance!
