Caption: Nick Moir, hands down, is one of the most passionate photographers I’ve ever come across. He’s a brilliant photographer but he’s also, as we like to joke, he’s a weather nerd. It is amazing that he knows how to pinpoint targets and know where to be. But this is definitely not a case of just have no to be in the right place at the right time - it is a lot, a lot of fucking hard work to do this.

For those who’ve suffered the loss of homes, loved ones, and livelihood, my heart goes out to you. We do this work with the utmost respect for you and for the incredible power of Mother Nature.
