Caption: every new place i travel, i find myself saying "this is my favorite place i have ever been." those words have never been truer than on the island of kauai. the garden island is host to a perfect blend of dendrophiliacs, self-proclaimed mermaids, outdoorsmen, farmers, nudists, adventurers, transplants, natives, hitchhikers, and a ridiculous amount of chickens. this is the story of my time there.
