Caption: A Weekend Tasmania
Picture
Caption: To travel to Tasmania from mainland Australia, you can stay for a month or just for the weekend. Whatever you choose, you'll want to come back for another visit.
A weekend is just scratching the surface of a magical State.

Caption: MONA This Museum is Australia's largest private museum and rather controversial also. With over 300 exhibits, many of them thought provoking, it's a great way spend part of your weekend around Hobart.

Caption: If, after you have enjoyed everything so far and want more, take a drive to Mt Field National Park. Taking around one hour from Hobart, this beautiful place is home to temperate rainforests, rolling creeks and awesome waterfalls. If you take a drive further into the park, you will come across Lake Dobson in the Alpine region.

Caption: With the weekend almost over, there is always time to venture up to the top of Mt Wellington, the 9th highest mountain in Tasmania. Overlooking Hobart, you never know what the weather will be like until you're there but sunsets can be amazing. A great way to end a weekend in Tasmania.
