The lovely @nicolehunziker has always been the queen Matterhorn.
As we started getting to know each other we decided to do a Toblerone mountain meetup in 2015 with a crew of photographers.
Thanks to @myswitzerland and @zermatt.matterhorn this happened last weekend!

Caption: We got up at 6am to be ready to hike to the Stellisee before sunrise.

Caption: Then we got a special delivery - a foldable kayak.
We believe we were the first to ride a kayak up there on the high alpine lake.

Caption: After the kayak ride we made our way down to the valley of Zermatt, with a short stop at "Chez Vrony".
Cheese fondue and a huge dessert platter... It couldn't get any better than that!

This time we hiked down to Riffelsee to see another sunrise and we got lucky again with the weather.
