Caption: Tips Films were the most stressful part as a first timer. I had no idea what package to get and thankfully a friend of mine knew the ropes.
Get a package with the credentials so you can get into all of the panels and other side events.
And then get your phone ready and get on the waitlist 2 hrs before showtime. Unless you work in the industry for a major company its hard to get tickets early and this is one of the best ways to do it.

Caption: Tips There is two types of food at Sundance. The free kind and the stuff you pay for.
Whether it’s at parties, panels or happy hours there is an abundance of free food and drink. This helped my budget but it always left me a little hungry since most were appetizers.
There’s also a lot of great restaurants that serve a wide variety of cuisine. I tried to get to one new spot a day but realized quickly that it’s not a quick grab and go situation.
