Melt some butter in a large frying pan.
Add 2 tbsp cane sugar and let caramelize a little. Pour in 2 sliced and peeled reinette apples and cook until softened.

125 gr butter
80 gr Oat flour
20 gr cornmeal
40 gr cornstarch
100 gr wheat flour
Put everything in the food processor to combine. With the machine running, add ice water, just until the dough holds together.
Divide the dough in two. Place each half between two sheets of parchment paper . Flatten, and form two discs.
Refrigerate at least half hour before using.
