Caption: So if you read my earlier story on selfies, you must know by now that I love selfies. So here's my contribution to this week's theme - #StellerSelfie
My selfie journey started in April 2013 with this photo....

Caption: However the attempt to capture me jumping across those 2 rocks didn't turn out that well ;)
Caption: My goal with my selflies is to maximize the landscape. To show a sense of scale, to remind us how small we are in comparison to this universe, and hope we respect that.

Caption: Night photography is my passion and as result selfies with the starry skies is my favorite
Here's one of my first night sky selfies. It also happened to be the night when I met @iloveutah - who also happens to have the most photos of me other than me :) , for the first time.

Caption: Night selfies mean exposures ranging from 5-25 seconds. I generally take a deep breadth and hold it in before triggering the camera. It helps me stay still for the duration of the exposure

Caption: I normally use a remote trigger that uses radio frequencies rather than an IR remote. That way your remote does not have to be pointed directly at the IR sensor on your camera. Trust me it results in better poses :)

Caption: And if I have to use the self timer on the camera like on this occasion, I set it to take multiple photos with a certain interval between the shots. This helps me change my pose or try something crazy in between shots.

Caption: I also use a camranger which is a device that helps me view my camera display on my iPhone and also trigger it remotely which results in better positioning.
