Caption: Ingredients & Preparation 1 garlic clove
1 tsp salt
1 bunch of basil
100g pine nuts
2 Ts nutritional yeast
~ 100 ml quality olive oil
Add it all to a mixer and blend until smooth. Put into glasses, cover with olive oil and close.

Caption: Ingredients 2 tomatoes
4 pieces dried tomatoes
1 Ts Mediterranean spicemix
1/2 yeast cube
1 pinch of sugar
500g flour
200ml water
1 shot sparkling wine
2 Ts homemade pesto

Caption: Preparation 1. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
2. Mix the yeast with sparkling wine and water in a small bowl.
3. In a large bowl combine flour, tomatoes, pesto and spices.
4. Add the yeast water and gently stir to mix and make a dough out of it. Set to rest for 15min
5. Preheat the oven to 200'C and cover a baking tray with paper and some flour.
6. Portion wise put the dough on the tray.
7. Bake for some 20min until golden brown.
Enjoy right away or freeze them!

100g cashew nuts
1 Ts nutritional yeast
1 tsp salt
Juice of a lemon
A pinch of vinegar
Fresh herbs
Salt & pepper

Caption: Preparation 1. Soak the nuts in water over night.
2. The next day, drain the nuts and blend them with yeast, salt, vinegar and lemon juice until smooth but a bit corny.
3. On a baking paper strew freshly cut herbs, salt and pepper.
4. Put the cheese mixture lengthwise on it and roll the paper from one side to another.
5. Put into the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving!
