Caption: During our last extended visit to NYC, @cindy and I discovered SoulCycle. We were looking for a place to get a great workout but since we are part time residents we needed a place that didn't require us to buy a membership or make a long term commitment.
SoulCycle is perfect for us and while in NYC we try to go two to three times per week.

Caption: The instructors at SoulCycle are all awesome. Each has their own style and music. It's fun to mix up your times and studios to get a good mix of instructors.
The SoulCycle web site has great bios on each instructor where you learn about their background, see some of their music choices, etc.

Caption: TRAMMELL Tramell's class is full of energy. It feels like he's your coach pushing you to ride as hard as you can. Take one of his classes if you get a chance.
