Faroe Islands
Caption: This year, I moved to the Faroe Islands for work. A beautiful place to live and knowing some good spots, I love to show my foreign friends around.
This time, my friend Margot came up from Belgium.
I took her to my favourite spots, and a few that I had yet to visit.

Caption: The hike along Sørvágsvatn is well known for the view at the top of Trælanípa.
The lake is called The lake above the sea, for good reason. When you stand at the top of Trælanípa’s 142m cliff, the lake looks like it is floating above the sea.
The cliff here is extremely steep and has it’s name from the Viking Age, when they pushed their slaves over the edge.
