Caption: After leaving Victoria we caught the ferry from Vancouver Island for the start of our trip through BC and Alberta. First stop Whistler. As we were traveling on the Sea to Sky Highway (#99) we discovered Shannon Falls. A beautiful outlook and lovely falls.
Afternoon drinks by the lake in readiness for our next day hiking the hills of Whistler.
A gondola to the top of Blackcomb mountain and then a beautiful Alpine Hike. Photos do not do this scenery justice. Some locals and awe inspiring views.
A fantastic day, loved it.
