Caption: The sky was still dark as seniors arrived at the field, many wrapped in blankets. Meeting up with friends, they made their way to the bleachers facing the east to watch the sun rise.

Caption: Students were greeted at 6 a.m. with donuts and coffee, along with other breakfast foods. 2019’s class office team worked until 2 a.m. to set up everything, according to class president Ashika Jaiswal.

Jaiswal said.

Caption: “It was definitely tiring [to set it up], but just seeing everyone enjoy themselves was super fulfilling,” Jaiswal said.
While it was a time to enjoy with friends, Chari reflected on what it meant as many seniors prepare to leave home at the end of the school year.
“[There were] just groups of people hanging out like they usually do,” Chari said. “Slowly realizing that these routing hang outs will end in nine months.”
