2 tbsps ground flax seed
2 tsps baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
120 ml apple sauce
125 ml maple syrup
100 ml coconut oil
125 ml hot water
1/4 cup mixed seeds
1/3 cup raisins
extra seeds for decorating

Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius

Caption: Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add ground flax seed
