The bombing of Rotterdam during WWII is like a black page from a diary. A time in which far too much of Rotterdam was destroyed. Luckily, Historic Delfshaven was not affected. Historic Delfshaven has been declared a protected cityscape since 1960 and shows us how Rotterdam would have looked like. You will find beautiful buildings, a picturesque harbor and many cozy cafes here.
