Caption: Room Mate Aitana is positioned on a small artificial island situated off the Westerdok on the edge of the city center. It is overlooking the River IJ. The hotel has an impressive, modern architecture with an enormous shimmering tinted glass-fronted facade, funky graphics, colorful carpeted floors and metallic-tinted furnishings. The rooms are very modern and innovative, with large windows mostly offering city panoramas. We had a room at the 12th floor overlooking the City Marina IJdock and simply loving it!
