Caption: I heard about Settimio’s through a video of Vogue following model Mariacarla Boscono through Rome. I’m always in the lookout for really small local restaurants that tourists don’t usually find, and Settimio was the exact place I was looking for.

Caption: We were the only tourists, and the owners didn’t speak English, but we got by on the little Italian that we knew.
I love the setting, it felt like we were eating in the owners living room. You even had to ring the doorbell and wait for them to let you in.
