Caption: #ourtablestories | Vol 47 Many people we know don’t like cauliflower and I think it’s because they don’t know how to make delicious recipes with this amazing veggie. It has become a staple in my kitchen and we couldn’t live without it.
Whole roasted cauliflower is a great vegan alternative for the holidays. It’s healthier, lower in fat, so I prefer to eat it as a side dish or with some kind of starch.

The tip is to boil you cooking cream before adding in the cheese. Remember to never stop stiring them to avoid them lumping together.

Caption: Vol 47 | Roasted Cauliflower with Ghuyere Cheese Cauliflower is a mildly flavored vegetable that can be prepared a multitude of different ways. Whole Roasted Cauliflower is perfect to serve alongside steak, Perfect Pork Tenderloin, or even roasted chicken.
While most often I prepare this dish as a side, it’s a great meatless meal or perfect to serve if you have vegetarian friends!
