The beach Scialara also called Pizzomunno or the Castle is one of the most famous beaches of Vieste, located just outside of the village. The beach gets its name from the impressive and famous white limestone monolith about 25 metres, which stands at the beginning of the beach called Pizzomunno. The White beach is characterized by a beautiful coastline of fine golden sand along about 3 kilometers, well equipped and bathed in a blue, crystal clear, with sandy bottoms and sloping, ideal for families and childrens.
