Caption: I traveled here once as a boy
before I owned my own camera
Like many places visited as a child
I felt the nostalgic urge to return
To walk through the
doors once opened
To see with the eyes of
the past and the present
I might even unlock a memory that was completely and utterly forgotten
As if my mind had no intention
of sharing its secrets from the past
Lost in the sea of supersized meals, arguments and unneeded junk
I travel not to escape life, but to
make sure life does not escape me
