The scorching summer heat of Utah weighs heavy on my frozen heart.
The endless days of the infernal blaze ignite a ceaseless yearning for winter...
For the moments of flying down mountains atop crystalline
powder snow on two planks.
In the summer I wait...biding my time until the frost arrives with piercing teeth.
Then, I dipped a paddle into the water and the pain was less fierce. Here are the times spent waiting for winter this summer.
