I was able to fulfill a trip I had long dreamed of. The famed "W" backpack trip through Torres del Paine Park
in Patagonia. I had heard about the "weather" in Patagonia but nothing prepares you for how fickle and tempestuous Patagonia can be. My old high school buddy, Andrew, and I experienced 90 mph winds, horizontal rain, sleet, sub-freezing temperatures and snow. Nevertheless it is one of the
most beautiful, raw and wondrous places I have ever been to.
I can't wait to return.
