Caption: After we set up camp, we headed towards Traverse City to grab dinner. We chose the Little Fleet, which is an awesome food truck park we go to each visit to Northern MI. I wish I could remember what the name of this truck was, but the BBQ was delicious!

Caption: The next day we packed up and headed towards Glen Arbor. We camped at DH day campground, which is right on Sleeping Bear Dunes. The campground is amazing and this is one of our top 3 spots we’ve been to!

Caption: I love our tent set up so much! We have puzzle foam mats under the air mattress to protect it, and another mat to keep the rest of the tent floor clean. Sooooo convenient and easy to set up. Daisy’s pop up crate also offers additional storage for our things too, so not everything is on the ground.

Caption: Off the pyramid point trail you can go deeper into the woods until you meet a giant sand dune that leads out to the canopy and beyond. The dune is very steep and deceivingly long, definitely a leg burner! I tried to capture the vastness but of course photos cannot do justice.

Video of MAWBY Vineyards and Winery
Caption: Before we headed back to camp to rest our final night, we headed up to Suttons Bay to check out Mawby, a winery with solely sparkling wines. I was in heaven! We brought home multiple bottles as all of their wine was incredible. 1000/10 if you like bubbly wine definitely come here!
