The History of this land wasn’t easy and some nasty things happened.
After the World War II, istrian region, which was Italy since that moment, become Yugoslavian and the people who lived there was forced to moved away if they wanted to stay Italian or, if they decided to stay in their homes, they would have been force to become Yugoslavian.

In this place the exiles had to leave their properties, waiting to regain possession in the future, while they were about to face hard times in refugee camps or trips to distant lands. Stacked one on top of the other there are chairs, stoves, toys, photographs that testify to the daily life of a people who went to die far away to live free.
