Gullane
Caption: Last Sunday, and a walk along the coastal path between Gullane and Aberlady Bay. I know it isn’t midwinter yet, but last weekend felt like it. Endless grey, those oppressive skies that cling so low to the land, and so much rain. We barely had daylight. But while I miss the light, I was enjoying the atmosphere of this walk. Heading along the clifftop path and looking out to sea, it appeared so calm, waves gently undulating towards the shore. But the sound of the waves crashing on the shore below told us otherwise.
