Caption: For spring break, I traveled to France & Belgium for an academic consulting project sponsored by my school. We first stayed in the charming city of Lille, where we traversed the cobblestone streets & admired the beautiful architecture. I felt like I was walking in a town ripped straight from the pages of a storybook.

Caption: ETAM Undiz Meet my lovely team! We’re living proof that sleep deprivation, procrastination & an aversion to a loosely-defined notion of ‘cool’ can bring people together. We had the pleasure of working with Jose Gomez, (far left) ETAM’s Chief Development Officer, for the past 3 months.

Caption: In January, we were tasked with developing a U.S. penetration strategy for Undiz, the young/hip division of the larger ETAM brand. As a lingerie company whose historic repute has yet to reach the States, Undiz was an interesting & challenging company to work with. The experience was definitely demanding, but so rewarding!

Caption: Wine & Cheese Every day of presentations would end with celebratory wine, ranging from rosé to blanc & a generous spread of charcuterie, bread & cheese! Carbs were definitely the culprit of my spring break bloat.

Caption: For the last 3 days of our trip, we hopped on over to Brussels purely for fun! The city was absolutely breath-taking; from the buildings to the waffles & even to the people, everything that we encountered in Belgium was delightful.

Caption: International Women’s Day It didn’t take long to realize that Europeans seem to treasure the holiday WAY more than Americans do. Women protested outside the European Parliament building & marched along the streets at night. U.S., take some notes!

Caption: My time abroad was incredibly sweet & I’ll cherish all the memories I made with friends. Even now, I miss the wonder, excitement & boisterous laughter (I’ve probably formed 2 abs from how much I laughed during the week). Europe will continually call my name & I promise to return one day soon.
