Caption: July was a more adventurous month as we could travel again in Scotland, although scrolling back through our photos from the month, you might not realise this as most of our moments seem to involve snuggling. But after weeks of having our big coastal walks on hold, Mum just wanted to let us run and run, so we enjoyed getting back to our favourite and much-missed sniffs without too many 📸 interruptions. Caption: Things to know if you’re visiting Scotland, and in particular the east coast where we live: it gets really, really windy. Humans: pack a windproof jacket and maybe a cosy fleece. Canines: hold onto your ears!

Caption: I’m a big fan of yoga. Specifically, savasana. I snuggle near Mum while she practices, and then when she gets to relaxation and starts to arrange her bolster and cushion and blankets and eye pillow (yes, Mum believes in a very comfortable savasana), I curl up next to Mum, with a blanket over me, and we drift into a peaceful relaxation while listening to some music.
