Caption: Every 3-4 years there is a tree that sheds its bark. It was planted by Annie - she lived on a boat her whole life; raised her 3 children on the sea and settled in her last 30 years at the Marina.
The tree is HUGE, I can see it from my window. I love this tree, it symbolises freedom, a life lived, a sapling nurtured to greatness.

Sometimes, in a storm, I'm sure it will come down. But it bends and flexes, adaptable to its life, living each second as it is, no expectations, just harmony.
And as it sheds it renews....
and we use it's bark for kindling to light the fire.

I feel confident in PD ways and am refining and defining myself as a skilled facilitator
