Caption: ‘Het Park’ in Rotterdam is the place where we’d like to come all year round, but summer is definitely the best time to be here. Het Park is located at the foot of the Euromast. This is the first official park in Rotterdam and that is why the name of this park is simply 'The Park'. Among locals, this is also called the Euromast Park, referring to the observation tower next to the park. The park is beautifully landscaped along the Maas, next to the Scheepvaartkwartier and also very close to the city center.
The park is characterized by the many large and sometimes very old trees. Did you know that you can find up to 60 tree species here?
