Caption: it wouldn't be fair if i only showed you the beautiful parts of havana. my first night there i walked for miles exploring havana with no map no tour guide or cell service. i accidentally ended up here, in one of the poorest sections of the city. the buildings here are falling apart. some of them are being supported by pieces of wood. the kid photographed here is transferring water from one bucket to another. his dad would pull up the red bucket up so they can have water in their apartment, since they have no plumbing. i really don't know how to end this post, wasn't even sure if i wanted to post this, i guess the point I'm trying to make is that we have to remember to appreciate the little things that we have.
