Caption: We received an invitation of the Hotel Iglu Dorf in Zermatt. All started with a night hike through the snow to reach the Iglu Village on 2'700 meters above sea level. After a delicious starter plate we enjoyed a Fondue (traditional Swiss dish). We could have used the jacuzzi but with -15 degrees outside we skipped that offer.

Caption: We spent the night at room number 007! The first 4 hours we freeze like crazy but then we slept like we had our own cozy bed at home. It was an awesome adventure. Whenever you have the chance to visit one of the Iglu Villages in Switzerland you should do it. www.iglu-dorf.com

Caption: The next day we spent on the slopes around the Matterhorn. Right before a massive snow storm we made it to Hotel Riffelhaus, were we spent the night. From Hotel Riffelhaus you have the chance to be the first on the slopes in the morning. It's situated right beside the slopes on Riffelberg.
