Caption: Franco's Bar in Positano, Italy has officially perfected the art of the Italian aperitivo hour. Named after the owner's late father, the newly-opened Franco's serves proper cocktails in an immaculate open air patio overlooking the Amalfi Coast. We stopped by on a warm Summer evening to take in the view and share a few cocktails with the head bartender, Gianluca.

3 oz Prosecco
1.5 oz Aperol
.75 oz club soda
1 slice of orange
1) In a wine glass filled with cubes of ice, combine Prosecco, Aperol and club soda.
2) Stir and garnish with orange wedge.

1 twist of lemon
1) In a highball glass filled with cubes of ice, combine Campari, sweet vermouth and club soda.
